Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website form, we collect the information you provide including your name, email address, phone number, and project details. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and communicate about your electrical project. We do not sell or trade your information. We do not otherwise transfer it to third parties without your consent, except to service providers that help us operate our business and the advertising and measurement partners described below.

Advertising and measurement partners

We use Google Ads and similar advertising services to promote Goodnow Electric and to measure which ads lead to inquiries. When you contact us — through our website forms, by phone, or through Google Local Services — we may share limited contact information, such as your email address or phone number, with these partners in a hashed (encrypted) form. They use it to match your information to ad interactions, measure ad performance, and show relevant ads (for example, Google Ads enhanced conversions and Customer Match). These partners process the information as service providers under their own terms, including Google's customer data policies. We do not sell your personal information.

To opt out of this use, contact us at info@goodnowelectric.com or call (207) 318-1022 and we will exclude your information from future uploads. You can also manage ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com.

Cookies

Our website may use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
